Wellness Program Manager

Position Summary : Manages team responsible for achieving revenue, customer, membership and / or profit earnings growth by providing strategic and technical support throughout the sales support process. Responsible for partnering with sales and account management teams to consult with prospective and existing customers to provide their employees with the best possible wellness programs. Applies in-depth knowledge in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of wellness programs to reduce health risks, healthcare costs, and population absenteeism due to illness and disability.

What You Will Do :

  • Establishes and implements programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Wellness initiatives.
  • Forecasts changes within the Wellness industry, conducts business impact assessments, and develops modification strategies with the aid of process improvement methodologies.
  • Implements health promotion strategy by working in collaboration with account teams to establish and maintain initiative-taking relationships with assigned plan sponsors and brokers.
  • Confers with sales and service staff to review available data and identify customers who may best benefit from the company's wellness programs.
  • Implements processes to evaluate wellness programs that reduce health risks, reduce health care costs, and reduce employee absenteeism due to illness, disability, or existing diseases.
  • Delivers internal and external training focused on wellness programs by preparing and presenting materials related to population health management.
  • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications :

  • 4 years of experience in the population health industry
  • Significant knowledge of population health and wellbeing industry
  • Adept at execution and delivery skills
  • Adept at business intelligence
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Adept at growth mindset skills
  • Education : Bachelor's degree preferred / specialized training / relevant professional qualification.

    Anticipated Weekly Hours : 40

    Time Type : Full time

    Pay Range : $60,300.00 - $145,860.00
