A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Training Specialist.
Position type : Full-time, Contract
Duration : 24 months -Hybrid work schedule (T, W, TH onsite days)
Location : PHILADELPHIA, PA 19103
As a Training Specialist, you will :
- Training / Coaching exp in a CSR CC&B platform environment, 2. Reviewing CSR performance reports to create Dashboards, 3. Excel spreadsheet exp key for creating performance reports for management review per Training / Coaching updates in CSR
- Must have min 2 yrs in CSR Training / Coaching space, Target range is 3-5 yrs ideally
- high school (but degree preferred)
- Microsoft office (Excel key) – Excel Reports / understanding how to interpret Excel data and reports
- Training / Coaching in CSR environment (able to interpret reports / metrics)
- Highschool, but college degree in any concentration preferred. Candidates with a BA / BS get priority consideration. Those without college degree should have 3 yrs solid minimum verifiable CSR Call-center Coaching and Training exp
- Customer Service aligned / oriented Training / Coaching exp. Candidate must be able to review CSR Performance and metrics, monitor and create dashboards based on Department CSR performance. At least 2-3 yrs minimum exp in this space, not overall career, but at least 3 yrs in CSR Call Center Training environment, meaning candidate can have 2-3 yrs CSR Training / Coaching exp in addition to other career exp. Preferably overall under 5 yrs
