• Coach clients in job readiness, professional skills, and workplace success.
• Assist with job placement, training, and long-term employment support.
• Build partnerships with employers and community agencies.
• Develop individualized employment plans and track outcomes in Therap.
• Travel daily using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed). What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred).
• 1 year of experience in employment services, coaching, or human services (preferred).
• Valid license (Class E MO or Class C KS), auto insurance, clean driving record, and personal vehicle (required).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in changing community environments. The Role at a Glance
