Admissions Counselor

A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor to guide prospective students and families through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate and maintain contact with prospective students and families to encourage enrollment

Assist families with completing the enrollment application and ensure all documentation is submitted accurately

Maintain accurate records of prospective student information and application statuses in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

1+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or customer service roles

Familiarity with CRM software and Google / Microsoft Office Suite

Passion for education and student success

Strong time management skills
