Office Specialist II

Principal Duties
Our Ideal Candidate
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred, but not required. At least one year of experience in a professional office environment. Strong communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently. A professional that is able to deal with others showing tact and sensitivity. Proficient with operating office equipment, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Calendar and ability to learn other agency-specific computer software applications. Effective multi-tasking, organization, and time prioritization skills. Experience as a legal secretary, paralegal, and / or experience with the courts is a bonus.
