Stocker HS-16 - Urgently Hiring!

The Stocker will ensure the store is set up for a successful day and that all shelves are properly stocked; inventory and back room duties are complete.

Responsibilities

• Follows daily work schedule as assigned by management providing exceptional customer service.
• Inspects shelves for low stock conditions. Removes stock from storage area and replenishes shelves and display cases.
• Sorting the grocery products and assigning them with relevant labels and price tags.
• Keeping track of the products life or expiration dates and record of the grocery inventory.
• Disassembles and flattens packing boxes and dispose of disassembled boxes.
• Maintains company standards of shelves and displays, straightening product and pulling cardboard.
• Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system.
• Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience.
• Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.
• Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
