You will be responsible for maximizing value, retention and growth throughout the customer lifecycle. You will help build and develop customers' performance and security strategies. Becoming an industry expert, delivering innovative outcomes for customers through relationships, business acumen, and operational focus.

As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Working independently as a trusted advisor for customer stakeholders to support their long-term strategy and visions
• Owning the technical program management while maximizing Akamai's platform value for the customer
• Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success
• Educating customers on and empowering their adoption of Akamai's products and services to support account growth
• Responding to escalations when various program management issues arise and leading operational improvements to mitigate future risks

Compensation

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For US based candidates only - the base salary for this position ranges from $126,700 - $263,200 / year; a candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
