We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable

• Care Coordinator
• to join our Mercalis team. As a Care Coordinator, you will serve as a subject matter expert in benefit coordination and patient support. You will also be responsible for managing interactions with healthcare providers and patients, advocating for access to prescribed therapies, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the care journey.

Position Title : Care Coordinator

Placement : 3 Month contract

Work setting : On site training until released to fully remote setup

Pay rate : $24 / hour

• Responsibilities :
• Serve as a regional expert on benefit coordination and patient support programs.
• Advocate for patients by guiding them through eligibility, enrollment, and affordability options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients.
• Provide accurate information and resolve payer-related challenges across commercial and government plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts to ensure coordinated care and program success.
• Maintain compliance with program guidelines while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Post Training shifts available :
• (Preferences will be taken into consideration but not guaranteed)

Mondays - Fridays

• 8am-5pm
• 9am-6pm
• 10am-7pm
• 11am-8pm
• Requirements :
• High School diploma or GED
• Updated Resume
• Internet Speed test

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
