Are you passionate about driving AWS's growth by designing and delivering strategic skills transformation solutions for our enterprise customers? As the Training Solutions Experience (TSX) Sr. Manager, you'll operate at the critical intersection of program management, technology, and change management. TSX is a new organization that will elevate the voice of the customer and deliver more differentiated learning solutions to meet the needs of a diverse set of customers and partners. This pivotal role involves partnering with AWS Training & Certification (T&C) field teams to architect scalable transformation solutions for our customers.

Key job responsibilities :

• Diving deep into customer segment needs and goals to develop targeted enablement strategies
• Collaborating with field sales teams to understand and address customer challenges
• Leading consultative teams that drive cloud adoption and innovation across global customers
• Through close partnership with Strategy and Operations teams, designing both customized and standardized solutions that accelerate our customers' cultural and technological transformation
• Taking ownership of all programmatic activities for customer engagements including planning, reporting and risk mitigation
• Crafting monthly and quarterly business reviews to AWS leadership to surface key business insights

In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping organizations navigate their cloud journey by developing and implementing comprehensive training and enablement solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
