Base pay and earnings

Base pay range

$100,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Fast Installs = Velaz Solar Advantage!

Potential to earn over $100,000 / year with uncapped commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers by generating leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events
• Clearly communicate the financial and environmental advantages of solar energy, while guiding clients through available incentives, tax credits, and rebates
• Present personalized solar proposals that address client needs, handle questions or concerns, and negotiate favorable terms to close contracts
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed both individual and team sales targets, sharing strategies and best practices
• Build strong, long-term client relationships by offering outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
