Job Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement advanced cross-functional workflows, business process automation, and collaboration solutions that address business processes while ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders by facilitating communication, translating business requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment through project phases.
• Develop integrations between new and existing collaboration, communication and automation platforms and solutions.
• Identify improvement initiatives and participate in strategic planning and project initiation activities. Research and determine the tools, app or services that best meet the project objectives.
• Research existing business systems and processes and recommend solutions where advanced collaboration and automation tools will improve ways of working across the organization.
• Conduct regular system audits to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Lead projects from initiation to completions including scoping, requirements gathering, planning, designing, implementing, training, and documenting solutions.
• Provide input on standards, governance principles, usage guidelines and methodologies for automation and collaboration tools and services.
• Provide feedback and mentoring to team members and assist in the professional development of others.
