Job description? Compensation $28 / hr $125 / day Per Diem Full-time / 1st shift schedule 5+ years MIG welding experience required Ability to pass weld test : MIG .035 hard wire In-position welding Blueprint reading Machine setup & adjustments AWS D1.1 / D1.6 / D1.2 certifications preferred Able to read and interpret blueprints Strong shop math and problem-solving skills Proficient with common shop tools (grinders, band saws, calipers, plasma cutter, torch, etc.) Ability to identify material types and thicknesses Strong communication skills Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs regularly ? Responsibilities Weld mild steel , stainless steel , and occasionally aluminum per blueprint requirements Inspect finished welds against job specs Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area Follow OSHA / WISHA standards at all times Operate forklift (training may be provided) Perform additional duties as needed Communicate issues with equipment or quality promptly

We’re looking for experienced MIG Welders to support ongoing fabrication work. Ideal candidates are confident in their welding skills, able to read blueprints, and comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment.
