Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in and around Spokane Valley, WA. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of up to $28 / hour based on experience  plus $125 / Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.   If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope :

• MIG welding with .035 hardwire
• Material reading & blueprint interpretation
• Machine setup & adjustments
• Weld mild steel, stainless steel, and occasionally aluminum according to blueprints
• Inspect welded parts for accuracy and quality
• Follow all OSHA and WISHA safety requirements
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
• Communicate machinery or quality issues to management
• Other tasks as assigned
