How you'll make an impact
As a Strategic Account Manager, you distribute and promote the use of biologics throughout a designated territory. Works with several types of customers including Healthcare Professionals and Alliance Partners. Displays the highest degree of integrity, honesty, knowledge, and respect for the process of tissue donation and transplantation. Inform customers on biologics for surgical procedures using consultative sales skills to achieve sales objectives. Your work will have purpose every single day, contributing directly to life-changing outcomes.
What you'll do
Business Planning & Goal Execution : Responsible for planning and implementing tactical strategies within the field to ensure the revenue budget is met and the territory's strategic service goals are met. Develops and reviews business plan with Regional Manager quarterly.
Relationship Building : Develops and influences Alliance Partners and 1099 relationships through education and capturing additional mindshare in assigned territory. Assists Alliance Partner business growth through supporting supply chain discussions.

Compensation
Salary Range : $72,569 - $100,000 Plus Variable
Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
