Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Product Acceptance Specialist to join our Supplier Quality team located in Mesa, AZ !

Join the Supplier Quality team supporting Apache and Vertical Lift programs ensuring product conformance through audits, surveillance, non-conformance control, and customer reviews while driving corrective actions that directly support mission-critical aviation readiness.

Position Responsibilities :

Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements

Provides objective evidence of results

Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring

Identifies and documents discrepancies

Segregates and controls non-conforming items

Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance

Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification

Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

High School / GED Diploma is required

Experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications

Experience performing product inspection

Experience working with AS9100 and / or similar (QMS) Quality Management System standard

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

Aerospace industry experience

Experience with non-conformance (NCR) processes

Summary pay range : USD 49,300 - 66,700
