Job Summary
Are you ready to shape the future of transportation in the Pacific Northwest? TYLin is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sector Manager to lead our Pacific Northwest Rail + Transit practice. Based in one of our regional offices (Seattle, Portland, or surrounding areas), this leadership role is an exceptional opportunity for a proven professional with deep regional knowledge, client relationships, and a passion for delivering transformative transit solutions. You'll oversee strategic growth, project execution, and team development across Washington, Oregon, and beyondsupporting high-profile clients such as Sound Transit, TriMet, WSDOT, and local municipalities. You will also serve as a key contributor to our national Rail + Transit practice, collaborating on pursuits and initiatives across North America.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $170,000 - $300,000 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education, and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
