We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Earth City, Missouri. This contract position offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic service-based environment by providing essential administrative support and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, communication, and organization while assisting in various day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings to ensure efficient time management.
  • Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support home health operations by coordinating schedules and ensuring compliance with organizational processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and filing system to ensure quick access to important documents.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting daily activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Identify process improvements and suggest changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with home health operations or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in handling inbound calls and customer inquiries.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure.
  • Competence in using office software and technology tools.
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
