This position provides daily support to the Attorneys and Paralegals with routine matters related to legal administration, business licensing, entity management, and marketing compliance. Responsibilities include preparing regulatory correspondence, tracking flow of legal paperwork and maintaining the electronic file system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office; WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Outlook, needed to schedule meetings, create detailed spreadsheets, maintain Outlook calendar(s) and schedule meetings. Responsible for maintaining physical and electronic file systems.Drafts and proofreads basic legal documents when working with attorneys and paralegals. Prepare and convert documents, and organize, log and track the flow of legal paperwork.Assist in preparing, organizing and finalizing corporate transactional and governance documents including but not limited to resolutions, minute books, and annual reports.Prepare cover letters, detailed emails, memos and correspondence being sent to business partners, state agencies, vendors, etc.Manage and complete multiple and / or additional responsibilities that may become evident and necessary to ensure efficient administrative operations within the Legal department.Maintain and monitor calendar for all resort licenses and permits, prepare check requests.REQUIREMENTS :
Associates Degree, Paralegal Degree and / or Paralegal Certificate1 year of Paralegal experience or 4 years of administrative experience in a law setting is required.Proven advanced computer skills (including Adobe Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new programs.Strong administrative, organization and planning skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to produce quality work with strong attention to detail.Strong oral and written communication skills.Must maintain a high level of professionalism.
