Oracle Finance Sr. Cloud professional who can operate as a Business Analyst, Developer, and Solution Architect across Oracle SaaS (Fusion ERP Finance), PaaS, OCI, and ODI.
The ideal candidate will lead requirement analysis, cloud solution design, technical development, integrations, data pipelines, and architecture reviews for large-scale financial transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analyst (Finance) Responsibilities
Work with finance stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Conduct FIT GAP analysis for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects).
Define process flows, BRDs, FDDs, user stories, and functional test cases.
Support R2R, P2P, O2C process optimization and compliance requirements.
Perform UAT coordination, training support, and production issue triage.
2. Technical Developer Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom solutions using OCI + PaaS + ODI + OIC.
Build integrations for Oracle Fusion Finance using :
OIC (SOAP / REST connectors)
FBDI, ADF, BI Publisher
OTBI, custom SQL views
Create ODI mappings, data pipelines, ELT jobs, load plans for financial data migration.
Develop PL / SQL procedures, complex queries, and shell scripts for automation.
Implement SaaS extensions using VBCS, PCS, and Integration Cloud.
Build functions, microservices, and automation scripts using OCI Functions and API Gateway.
3. Solution Architecture Responsibilities
Design end-to-end cloud financial architectures involving SaaS + PaaS + OCI components.
Define integration patterns using OIC, ODI, Oracle REST APIs, Autonomous DB, Object Storage.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security alignment with OCI best practices.
Lead migration strategies from on-prem EBS to Oracle Fusion ERP.
Collaborate with Cloud Infra teams on network, IAM, security policies, and tenancy design.
Governance of code, configurations, and CI / CD pipelines for Finance cloud solutions.
