SAP FSCD Technical consultant

Job Details :

• Duties Participate in workshops to gather requirement, perform current state and to be state analysis, identify gaps, system dependencies and impact to business processes and users due to the system or business solutions.
• Communicate and collaborate with business at all levels to understand and analyze information needs and deliver documents such as business case analysis, workflow diagrams, technical specifications Drive, challenge and collaborate with business groups to adopt ERP standard processes to reduce customizations and reduce cost in future upgrade.
• Responsible to ensure the BSD and TSD meet the business requirements.
• Review technical design documents, unit test results and provide guidance to the team for development or troubleshooting
• Coordinate with onsite / offshore team members on technical deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Responsible for the configuration & development tasks related to FSCD application.
• This requires close collaboration with other analysts that are responsible for other modules within ERP.
• Troubleshoot application performance and performing root cause analysis to resolve reported issues through footprint tickets for the Premium Billing issues.
• Control and Manage development and configuration environments to ensure the integrity of changes moved to productions.
• Closely work with external vendors to facilitate end-to-end integration with Provide clear and timely communication with both IT Management and Business Stakeholders on project deliverables. Coordinate development and deployment of new processes and system configuration to meet business needs Coordinate with different vendors, IT teams to facilitate integration / end to end testing and review results with business.
