I. Job Overview
Reporting to the Director of Audiovisual Design and Collaboration Spaces, the Manager of Audiovisual Design and Engineering leads the AV engineering team, overseeing the execution of complex AV projects and managing Tier 3 engineering support. As a key partner to the Director, this role translates departmental strategy into operational plans and contributes to the development of university-wide AV design standards. You will be responsible for driving innovation, managing the team’s day-to-day performance, professional development, project assignments, collaborating with stakeholders and overseeing vendors to ensure project success and the operational integrity of collaboration systems across all campuses.
Job Duties Will Include

Minimum Qualifications
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 6 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study plus 4 years of relevant professional experience. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
