Job description
A company is looking for a Services Technical Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consulting services to clients and translate client requirements into flat file requirements
Manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve export file deliverables
Analyze export files and research issues to determine appropriate actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in human capital management consulting
Client relationship acumen and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices
Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment is preferred
