Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Medical Assistant to join their esteemed team in Greenwood, IN. The candidate will play a crucial role in daily operations, including patient scheduling, room preparation, and supporting high-volume patient and call handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing the daily patient schedule and room setup.
• Collecting and documenting patient vitals, medical history, and allergy information.
• Administering injections such as flu and biologics.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, managing prescriptions, and providing follow-up information.
• Managing tasks assigned by healthcare providers using WebChart EMR system.
• Facilitating teamwork to support both patients and healthcare providers effectively.
