Job Description :

This statement of work is for Lead and / or assist staff in business requirements gathering sessions (JADs) daily for the client.

• Eight years of experience working as a business analyst, communicating and working within cross departmental teams and end users.
• Five years of experience using Agile Scrum methodology and experience with Azure Devops creating and managing Product backlog item
• Eight years of experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling / mapping, Workflows and AS-is / To-Be and Gap analysis
• Eight years of experience coordinating business users, technical staff to help analyze and define future needs and operations based upon use case and analysis of alternatives
• Eight years of experience with functional manual testing and writing test cases
• Three years of experience with conducting scrum ceremonies and handling impediments
• Eight years of experience and in-depth knowledge of financial systems and Budget Planning, Budget Amendments, Reconciliation, Budget Variances, Budget Management, Contract Management, Budget Allocation, cost estimations.
• Ten years of experience with Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel,
• Five years of experience with MS Project,
• Three years of experience with Balsamic mockup tool, Qualys App Scan tool, QBR, SAP Crystal Reporting
• Two years of experience working with Healthcare Industry and the associated security requirements
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by Scrum Alliance
• Five years of experience with ADA compliance, NIST policies, HIPPA
• Three years of experience with SQL quires and understanding of relational databases
