General Contractor with Ground Floor Growth Opportunities seeking Project Managers for Ground up Storage Facilities in and Around the Atlanta / Southwest Florida Market. This role focuses on ground-up self-storage design-build projects. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, development, and execution of ground-up self-storage design and build construction projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and strategies.

Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.

Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.

Provide leadership, direction, and support to the project team.

Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager in the Construction industry.

Proven experience in self-storage construction, commercial projects, design-build, industrial, warehouse, cold storage, and office projects.

Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software.

Advanced time management and analytical skills.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
