The Role
We’re seeking an experienced leader with a background in pipefitting to guide crews through both in-house fabrication and onsite installation projects. This position blends technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and with the quality our customers expect.
The role involves night shift coverage and frequent travel, including extended assignments at customer sites. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments and takes pride in leading teams to deliver complex projects on time.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support pipefitting teams in fabrication, assembly, and installation work.
- Keep projects moving smoothly by coordinating schedules, materials, and client communication.
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability while resolving challenges onsite.
- Lead, train, and motivate groups ranging from small teams to large field crews.
- Represent the company at customer locations, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
What We’re Looking For
A proven background in pipefitting, piping systems, or related trades , paired with strong leadership experience.Ability to read and interpret project plans and keep work aligned with safety and quality requirements.Skilled communicator and organizer who can balance technical detail with big-picture oversight.Comfortable with travel, extended assignments, and night shift schedules.Someone who naturally inspires respect, drives accountability, and leads by example.Must be able to present a valid passport or Real ID for travel and site access.What’s in It for You
