Member Enrollment Coordinator
Location : Remote – Florida residence required
Pay : $20 per hour
Start date : November 3rd, 2025
Type : Contract-to-hire
Schedule : Contact center hours must be open 40 hours between :
M-F 8 : 00 AM to 8 : 00PM EST, SAT 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM EST
Shift bids approximately every 6 months (business need)
Must be able to work the day uninterrupted, cannot run out on lunch breaks they are different daily
Training schedule : M-F, 9am-5 : 30pm est. for approximately (4) weeks

Job description :
1. Assist with calls enrolling in discount RX programs for specialty medications, approximately 50 to 60 calls daily (higher during peak season c. 100 calls), with calls lasting 7-8 minutes each.
2. Receive inbound and make outbound calls in a fast-paced Contact Center environment, assisting members with copay assistance enrollment, case inquiries, requests, and concerns.
3. Provide high-quality service to members, striving for first-call resolution, while maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor.
4. Verify and protect patient health information accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
5. Act as a subject matter expert, offering accurate and up-to-date information to members and guiding them through the enrollment process efficiently.
6. Utilize CRM database effectively to verify member data, record interactions, escalate unresolved cases, and complete assigned tasks as directed by call center leadership.
