Job description

​  ​ ​ Village Home Services is looking for an organized and efficient Customer Service Representative / Admin with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy .   The ideal person will be professional and courteous, a skilled multi-tasker with excellent time management, computer, and communication skills.

What We Offer! $20-30 / hr. (Based on skills and experience) Health, Dental, Vision and other benefits offered 401(k) Retirement Plan with a 4% Employer Match Vacation & Sick Time Position Hours :

  • 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks Position Location :   In Office Only, Chelmsford, MA 01824 What You’ll Be Doing Answer all incoming calls, as the initial point of contact Using a company-prepared script, answer our customers’ questions and guide them to the best service-solution for their home Provide a sense of calm and exhibit empathy for customers, so they feel comfortable Conduct service-related, follow-up calls to check in on past customers and assess their current needs Help the field team by taking detailed notes from customer calls and entering them into our system Processing and submitting rebate paperwork, registering product equipment, keeping records of installs, and pulling and processing purchase orders Contribute to our company’s culture by being upbeat and hard-working What We’re Looking For High School Diploma / GED is required Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours High level of accuracy and efficiency Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills Computer literacy and strong typing skills Excellent multitasking and follow-up skills, with high attention to detail Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level Able to work both independently and as part of a team ServiceTitan experience is a major plus!
  • The willingness to learn and grow within the company Previous HVAC / Plumbing admin / CSR is a big plus!
