Project Manager, Network Deployment & Supply Chain Operations

You'll be responsible for overseeing the movement and distribution of network deployment equipment across the country, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Arlington, TX, where you will be working five days a week.

What You'll Do

A typical day in this role is focused on making our processes smarter and more efficient. You'll spend your time creating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support our large-scale operations. You'll also :

• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly service level agreements ( SLAs ) with our third-party logistics ( 3PL ) partner and coordinate action plans to close any gaps.
• Help monitor adherence to SOX control activities and provide essential documentation for audit readiness.
• Contribute to national Warehouse Management System ( WMS ) initiatives and other projects designed to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between internal operations, IT teams, and external partners to ensure projects stay on track.
• Collect and analyze key performance indicator ( KPI ) data, create reports, and assist with root cause analysis.
