Reporting directly to the Chief Stores Officer Neiman Marcus & Saks Fifth Avenue, the Regional Senior Vice President (RVP), Stores is a visionary and results-driven leader responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience across a defined region of Neiman Marcus & Saks Fifth Avenue stores. This executive leads with purpose, shaping and executing regional strategies that strengthen store performance, elevate brand standards, and foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and accountability. The RSVP serves as the connective tissue between the corporate strategy and store execution translating enterprise priorities into actionable regional initiatives that drive measurable results.

As The Regional Senior Vice President, You Will :
Define and execute a compelling regional strategy that drives top-line growth, maximizes profitability, and reinforces operational excellence.
Drive sales, margin expansion, and cost optimization through innovative, customer-first strategies and disciplined execution.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Vice Presidents and General Managers fostering an environment that values empowerment, recognition, and growth.
Collaborate with executive peers in Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment between corporate strategy and store execution.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The starting salary for this position is between $291,451.62-360,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards.
