Job descriptionDeliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Promote wellness through preventive care and patient education Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality, coordinated care Current, unrestricted Illinois APRN license and Board Certification in Family Medicine Active DEA registration and Illinois Controlled Substance License EMR proficiency ( Epic preferred); strong documentation and organizational skills Minimum 2 year of clinical experience preferred Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered, community-focused care Competitive Salary range : $115,000 – $140,000 Annual Bonus : Eligible after 12 months of employment, based on performance and company standards. Paid Time Off : 10 vacation days first year, 15 days after the first year CME Support : 2 paid CME days + annual CME stipend Malpractice Insurance : Provided, including tail coverage Health & Retirement : 4% 401(k) employer match Eligible for comprehensive benefits including PPO medical plan with shared cost coverage Dental and vision benefits Employer-paid life insurance. PTO : 80 hours of PTO 40 hours of sick time 6 paid national holidays

Healthonomic Primary Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient team in Orland Park, IL .
