California Licensed Senior Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to support accounting and financial operations related to real estate equity investments.

Key Responsibilities

Support real estate investment accounting operations and ensure timely resolution of financial and operational issues

Oversee cash activity, including receipts and disbursements, ensuring accurate recording

Prepare complex monthly and quarterly reports for financial close and assist with audits and tax reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred

8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or investment accounting

Experience with Yardi Voyager required; Yardi Performance Manager preferred

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Teams

Experience with property management accounting or joint venture structures preferred
