Job Title : Graphic Design Manager

Location : Miami, FL

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Graphic Design Manager will work independently on professional-level graphic design and collaboratively on broader marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design : Design digital and print assets, including brochures, ads, banners, congress booths, event collateral, and presentations.
• Create and edit videos for marketing purposes.
• Develop motion graphics and social media content (static and animated).
• Work in Canva and Adobe Illustrator to deliver high-quality designs aligned with brand standards.
• Ensure all creative output is compliant with branding guidelines.
• Support Marketing Pillars :
• Strategic congress planning.
• Clinical influence & thought leadership.
• Digital & print presence.
• Demand generation.
• Physician education & corporate visibility.
• Create and track purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Schedule ads and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Assist with PR, digital marketing, and brand reputation activities.
