Restaurant Catering Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy Sales and Catering Manager for an exciting restaurant group. This position is responsible for building catering sales, managing delivery to the Client, and also building the brand in the community with creative marketing ideas.

Additionally, this position works with the Operations to ensure first impressions and other touchpoints with guests are always up to company standards.

Strong candidates will currently be serving as a Sales Manager or Catering / Event Manager in an upscale, full-service restaurant brand.

Catering Sales Manager Requirements :

• Experience booking private events for restaurant spaces or hotel banquet operations
• Marketing o your own business and build a book of clients for ongoing revenue
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Able to work closely with the operations teams to create memorable events and deliver a quality guest experience for groups of all sizes
