We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Contents Restoration Project Manager to join our team in Burbank. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and has a knack for organization and customer service. You'll be the key point of contact for clients during the restoration process, ensuring their belongings are handled with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage contents restoration projects from start to finish, including assessment, planning, execution, and completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Coordinate and supervise field crews during pack-out, cleaning, storage, and return of contents.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Assist with sales efforts, including estimating jobs and presenting services to potential clients.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 $75,000.00 / yr. Competitive salary (based on experience). Company vehicle provided for job-related travel.
