Essential duties :
- Go out of your way to be friendly and professional.
- Look, act and become a friendly college hunk starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at the waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
- SAFELY operate at all times.
- Be able to make good decisions.
- Lead your team by example.
- Help to train new hires.
- Complete daily checklists.
- Prevent careless and costly mistakes.
- Check in regularly throughout the day with your direct supervisor.
Requirements :
Starting pay at $14.00 / hr Potential to make $19 / hr with performance-based bonuses. TIPS EXTRA.
