Essential duties :

• Go out of your way to be friendly and professional.
• Look, act and become a friendly college hunk starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at the waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
• SAFELY operate at all times.
• Be able to make good decisions.
• Lead your team by example.
• Help to train new hires.
• Complete daily checklists.
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes.
• Check in regularly throughout the day with your direct supervisor.

Requirements :

Starting pay at $14.00 / hr Potential to make $19 / hr with performance-based bonuses. TIPS EXTRA.
