Delivery Manager

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead planning and execution of complex programs for sales and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of complex, strategic initiatives from planning through execution

Align business needs with project intake processes and ensure prioritization standards are met

Develop mechanisms for monitoring project schedules, timelines, and milestones, providing consistent progress reports

Required Qualifications and Experience

7+ years of Project / Program Manager experience

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related area, or equivalent experience / training

Proven ability to implement and track complex programs

Experience in leading multi-phase projects with minimal management oversight

Strong work ethic and team orientation with good business acumen
