Your role will be strategic, conceptual, and executional, using design to articulate solutions and visions. We are looking for a highly creative individual to join us as a Graphic Designer.

You deliver accurate, high-quality work and manage projects from concept to execution in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. You communicate effectively and support multiple professionals with marketing and design needs. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively to develop effective design solutions.

What you bring : Bachelor's degree

2 - 5 years of graphic design experience

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience with brand and style guidelines

Bonus skills and experience :

Commercial real estate experience

Digital / web design using tools like Ceros, Brandcast, Squarespace, Wix

Email marketing with Hubspot, Salesforce Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact, Mailchimp

Video editing and compilation

What success looks like :

Ability to take initiative and develop creative briefs in a fast-paced environment

Designing impactful experiences that create strong first impressions

Partnering with sales to align visions with client needs and differentiate Colliers

Designing elements for client engagement across digital, print, interactive, and video media

Providing strategic creative thinking considering the needs of sales professionals, clients, and prospects

Creating compelling narratives that motivate action and envision the future
