Industrial Boiler Service Technician

Role Overview

Based at 6855 Phillips Parkway Drive South, 32256 , this full-time position supports customers across multiple schedules. Compensation ranges from $22 – $35 per hour , depending on experience.

You will be the go-to expert for keeping boiler rooms safe, efficient, and reliable—handling preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and jumping into emergency calls when needed.

A Day in the Life

• Arrive prepared for field visits, partnering with customers on-site to uncover root causes and recommend practical fixes.
• Team up with Senior Technicians to close out complex service work—and pay it forward by mentoring other technicians.
• Document your day clearly with concise service reports and updates.
• Advance your expertise through our structured Growth Program .
• Share rotational on-call coverage, including occasional weekends and after-hours support.
