WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR SENIOR MANAGER OF PROGRAMS?
You'll lead after-school programs across multiple sites, ensuring students receive an engaging and enriching STEM experience. You'll support curriculum design and program structure improvements, working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. As a mentor and coach, you'll supervise and support program coordinators and instructors, fostering a dynamic and passionate team. Whether you're building relationships with school administrators, managing program budgets, or analyzing program effectiveness, your leadership will help shape the future of STEM education.

Since our first after-school tech club launched in 2016, Kids in Tech has empowered young learners from low-income households to engage in immersive, hands-on STEM education. Our interactive program provides children aged 8 - 14 the skills, education, and confidence they need to improve their technology savvy and thrive as future leaders.
