Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with data scientists and other AI professionals to augment digital transformation efforts by identifying and piloting use cases.
- Align technical implementation with existing and future requirements by gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders business users, data scientists, security professionals, data engineers and analysts, and those in IT operations
- Design and develop AI and machine learning algorithms and models that meet business requirements
- Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Develop scalable and efficient algorithms and models that can be deployed in production environments
- Extensive knowledge of Big Data solutions like Apache Shark, Apache Hadoop, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Clear understanding of the workflow and pipeline architectures of deep learning and machine learning workloads. Should also have an in-depth knowledge of the components and architectural trade-offs involved in the model building, governance, deployment, and production of workflows.
- Evaluate and improve existing AI solutions to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI-based solutions
- Develop and implement best practices for data management and model training
- Conduct experiments and analyses to evaluate the performance of AI solutions
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI
Soft Skills :
Effectively communicate thoughts, insights and plans to cross-functional teams. Should have ability to
explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders like business unit executives
- Excellent presentation skills to engage with business users to gain an in-depth understanding of priorities and needs
- Provide expert advice to determine options and solutions to project issues and challenges to ensure optimal service delivery and client satisfaction.
