Job Summary : As a Digital Account Engagement Manager, you will help build and maintain our business in the national accounts, middle markets, small group markets and specialized verticals by articulating the member journey for the Aetna Member Website and Aetna Health app. The Digital Engagement Manager is responsible for assigned region(s) and or specific specialized segments and assigned accounts. The focus is on relationship building, championing the needs for the voice of the customer, owning sales demonstrations and digital strategy updates, and supporting the enterprise in meeting digital adoption goals.
Responsibilities :
Required Qualifications : Minimum 7-9 years industry experience with complex national sales and / or client management. 3+ years of experience with Digital / Technology Products. 3+ years of presentation experience both digital and in person. Able to work across or within any time zones.
Preferred Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is : $67,900.00 - $182,549.00
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
