IntegriServ Cleaning Systems, a Clean Team subsidiary, Commercial Cleaning Company, seeks a Sales representative to cover the greater Cleveland area.
The ideal candidate can provide self-generated leads. Responsibilities include converting prospective customers into new account starts and providing ongoing support and services.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Grow the branch through Sales and Retention of customers
- Form business relationships through networking, face-to-face canvassing, cold calling and other methods.
- Run scheduled appointments and cold calls. Meet and work prospects.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and franchisee team.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and franchisee
- Manage new Customer Start-up processes
Qualifications
- 1-2 years business-to-business sales experience
- Solid work ethic, goal-driven, competitive and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills including MS Office required
- Motivating and outgoing personality a must
- Exceptionally organized, effective at time management, and demonstrated follow-up abilities
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance required.
