Growing Contemporary Fashion Brand is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager

About the Role

This role will scale and integrate with influencer networks, affiliate programs, user-generated content (UGC), and community engagement through our loyalty platform. You'll develop and manage influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, content sourcing, and community activations, driving awareness, conversion, and customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement influencer and affiliate marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Manage presence on affiliate platforms, including recruitment, onboarding, commissions, and performance optimization.
  • Identify, nurture, and grow a diverse creator network across fitness, fashion, lifestyle, and wellness categories.
  • Lead influencer gifting programs and collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign assets and toolkits.
  • Oversee influencer activation events, maintaining influencer management systems and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline creator outreach, reporting, and content evaluation.
  • Develop and manage pipelines of UGC creators and micro-influencers for authentic content generation.
  • Drive community engagement and loyalty program activities, building long-term relationships with brand advocates.
  • Deliver regular performance reports, manage budgets, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.

About You

  • 3-6 years of experience in influencer, community, or affiliate marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Creative strategist with strong operational skills, combining brand storytelling with campaign analytics.
  • Passionate about digital culture, influencer ecosystems, and emerging talent.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
  • Dedicated to building authentic, impactful relationships with creators and community members.
