Overview

The Opportunity : The HRIS Advisor will be a strategic individual contributor responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of People Operations (HR) technology and reporting capabilities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices and the employee lifecycle. Data insights will be leveraged by the successful candidate to drive impactful People Operations initiatives, enhance the employee experience, and align our People strategies with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

HR Technology Expertise :

• Lead the implementation and optimization of our investment in the Workday technology.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal and our own People Team to ensure a seamless integration coupled with data integrity across all HR systems and platforms.
• Ensure Workday is set up for the best experience for our candidates, employees, managers, leaders and people teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $150,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
