Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify product listings and backend operations (Amazon experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Comfortable managing repetitive tasks and maintaining consistency across multiple systems. Proficient in Google Drive, Excel / Sheets, and online catalog management tools. Familiarity with UPCs, FNSKUs, and product data entry. Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions from multiple senior team members. Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management System) software or similar e-commerce inventory tools is a plus. Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable E-Commerce Coordinator to assist our e-commerce team with the daily execution of product listings, organization, and operational updates across multiple online sales channels. This is a hands-on role that focuses on keeping product data, listings, and assets accurate and organized. You won't be involved in marketing or campaign planning — instead, you'll focus on the "behind-the-scenes" work that keeps our e-commerce platforms running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, fast, and takes pride in keeping details precise and systems up to date.
What You'll Do :
- List new products across all channels : Shopify (Retail), Amazon, Faire, Target, TikTok Shop, and Wholesale.
- Maintain and upload accurate size charts and product details.
- Coordinate product images between our photographer and editor to ensure final assets are uploaded correctly.
- Organize product folders and files in shared drives and maintain an orderly system for all teams.
- Notify internal teams when new files, listings, or images are added to the drive.
- Generate and manage UPCs and FNSKUs for new and existing products.
- Handle other task assignments from the senior e-commerce team as needed (data entry, catalog updates, inventory checks, etc.).
