A company is looking for a Variable Compensation Analyst who will analyze, administer, and maintain compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to execute and administer variable compensation plans
Calculate recurring variable compensation earnings and collaborate with Payroll for payment processing
Maintain compensation data, including reports and analytics on trends and budget impacts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
5+ years of experience with financial modeling of variable compensation plans or similar roles
In-depth knowledge of variable compensation plans
Experience with Accounting and HRIS systems or compensation software preferred
Certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus
