About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data team and help scale how data supports decision-making across the business. This role will focus on empowering the Revenue, Business Operations, and Finance & Accounting departments.

You'll be a key player in building core reporting frameworks—including forecasting and tiering models that directly drive growth strategy. You'll partner closely with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations to turn raw data into actionable insights, architect reusable datasets, and design self-serve analytics tools. If you thrive at the intersection of analysis, tooling, and business strategy, you will make a visible, company-wide impact.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Reporting Analytics

• Build and own reporting frameworks for Revenue and Business Operations, including forecasting and tiering logic.
• Develop impactful dashboards in BI tools (Metabase) to surface insights.
• Thrive in storytelling via dashboarding, transforming your stakeholders concepts and strategic questions into clear reusable dashboards.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile and automate key reporting in Metabase and Google Sheets.

Our total compensation for this position can range from $140,000 - $165,000. The actual amounts may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
