Role

Responsible for managing daily transportation operations, developing Transportation management tools as well as creating, monitoring and leading initiatives to take inefficient Transportation related costs out of the system.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage transportation operations across the US and work cross functionally with the warehousing team to understand constraints within the network.
• Cooperate with our transportation tracking vendor to drive improvements in carrier compliance and lead network-wide projects.
• Leverage data and strategic decisions to deliver specific targets related to cost and service.
• Support transportation during the annual bid to help drive decisions for the business.
• TMS support and maintenance for KHC transportation team.
• Develop, analyze, and report Transportation Operations, Cost, and Service KPI’s.
• Utilize financial, logistical, and procurement databases / systems to assist in freight reporting and ad hoc route analysis to support corrective action improvements and / or re-engineered route solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Measure cost savings performance against targets / benchmarks.

Qualifications

New Hire Base Salary Range : $88,000.00 - $110,000.00

Bonus : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
